Amata B. Grimm Power’s mission is to be a world class energy company providing highly reliable, stable, clean and competitively priced electricity to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) under the Small Power Producer program. In addition the company is supplying steam and related services to some contracted customers and industrial users in Amata industrial estates
The first power plant started operation in 1998 at Amata City Chonburi as a first Small Power Producer (SPP) project in Thailand. Since then, the joint-venture businesses operate seven power plants at Amata City Chonburi and Rayong, Thailand, with three more under development, plus one power plant at Amata City Bien Hoa, Vietnam.
