Overview of the EZ	Loc An Binh Son Industrial Zone was established by Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee in accordance with Decision no. 2497/QĐ-UBND dated August 28, 2009. The Industrial Zone has the area of 497.77 ha to the southern east of Bien Hoa City directed to National Highway 51 in Loc An, Binh Son, Long An commune, Long Thanh Sub-district, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.
Location Advantage	The Industrial Zone has an advantageous location since it is near to railway and roadway which are connected to the core economic areas in the southern of Vietnam. It is an important place to develop industrial and commercial center in the region. The Industrial Zone is nearby large residential areas that provide abundant labor forces for tenants in the zone.
