Minh Quang Industrial Zone

Minh Quang Industrial Zone was established in 2018. It is expected to complete infrastructure investment by early 2020. The Industrial Zone is located in My Hao Commune, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam. It aims to attract investment in electronics, electrical equipment manufacture, package, ceramics, paper, agricultural, forestry processing, food and  consumption products industries.

Located nearby the National Highway no. 1 connecting Ha Noi – Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen Province Center, sea ports and airport that is convenient for cargo transport in the northern province of Vietnam.

• Enterprises are built on land with synchronous infrastructure, electricity, water, post and telecommunications
• The services are provided to the foot of the factory campus.
• Corporate income tax rate: 10% for 15 years; 4 years exemption from taxable income and 50% reduction in the following 9 years
• 50% reduction of personal income tax for people with taxable income
• Corporate income tax rate: 17% and exemption in 2 years; 50% reduction in the following 4 years to high quality steel, energy-saving manufacture, agricultural, forestry equipment, machine industries.
• Import tax: Exemption from import tax on goods creating fixed assets; exempt from import tax for the first 5 years for raw materials, supplies and components of semi-finished products that cannot be produced at home, and are imported to serve production.
