Overview of the EZ	Sai Dong B Industrial Zone is located in Gia Lam Sub-district, to the east of Hanoi Capital which is very advantageous for cargo transportation. Sai Dong B Industrial Zone has a total area of 96 ha. It is developed in three stages: stage 1 – 48.5 ha, stage 2 – 48.61 ha, stage 3 – other supportive buildings. Its fill-up rate is 100%. Tenants must abide by environment convention of Vietnamese government on noise, environmental pollution and waste.
Location Advantage	Sai Dong B Industrial Zone is located nearby National Highway 5, connecting Hanoi, Hai Phong (the third largest city in Vietnam) and the most important seaport in the north of Vietnam. The IZ is 94km to Hai Phong city through upgraded road or 5km to National Highway 1A as a main road connecting the north to the south of Vietnam.
