Overview of the EZ

Soc Son Industrial Zone is located on Tan Dan, Tan Tri Towns, Soc Soc Sub-district, Hanoi, Vietnam with an area of 340 ha. It  was developed in two stages: stage 1 (200 ha) and stage 2 (140 ha) targeting to attract the less polluted industries such as IT, Public Relation, computer software technology, biological technology for agriculture, aquaculture, health, electronics chips, precision mechanics, automation, new materials, nano technology, environmental and clean energy technology.
Location Advantage

Soc Son IZ is bordered with Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway, an important transport route, connecting to the large economics areas. It is also closed to the international airport which make it very convenient for cargo transport.
