Thot Not Industrial Zone (Stage 3)

Thot Not Industrial Zone was located on Thoi Thuan commune, Thot Not district with an area of 600 ha, bordering Hau River to the east and National Route No.91 to the south. Its main sectors consist of aquaculture, livestock food production.

Thot Not Industrial Zone was built nearby Can Tho Seaport and has external storage. It is 3km far from Tra Noc Industrial Zone. Bordering Hau River, it is located along National Route no. 91 which supplies export and import services for the inside and outside of the zones.

Under management of CAN THO EXPOR PROCESSING & INDUSTRIAL ZONES AUTHORITY and THOT NOT INDUSTRIAL PARKS INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION CENTER

• Applying the tax rate of 10% for 10 years as Tax decrease and exemption in accordance with Decree 51/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 and domestic encouragement Law no. 218/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 2003.
• Tax exemption in 4 years, 50% tax payment decrease in the 9 continuous years.
• Import tax exemption for equipment, ingredients, transport vehicles and goods to implement the project in Vietnam in accordance with import, export tax regulation.
• Corporate income tax rate is 20 %. CIT incentive Tax: 10% for 15 years. Exemption for the first 4 years and 50% tax reduction for the next 9 years.
• Personal income Tax: 50% payable tax reduction.
• Exemption of VAT on goods which include imported raw materials for producing and processing of exported goods according to the processing contracts signed with foreign Partners.

Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Taiwanese
