Tinh Phong Industrial Zone

Tinh Phong Industrial Zone was established and approved by Prime Minister in accordance with Decision no. 577/TTg dated July 24, 1997 and Ministry of Construction at Decision no. 492 BXD/KTQH dated October 24, 1997, and Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee at Decision no. 2216/QĐ-UBND dated August 10, 2005. It has a total area of 141.25 ha; and located in Tinh Phong Commune, Son Tinh Sub-district, Quang Ngai Province, Vietnam. The IZ attracts investors in the following sectors such as electronics, mechanics assembly, agricultural, forestry processing, textile, construction materials, inferior, etc.

The Industrial Zone borders to VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Zone to the north, the National Highway 1A to the west and the drainage channel to the south. It is nearby city centers, airports, sea ports and railway station which is convenient for cargo transport between provinces in Vietnam.

• Corporate income tax rate: 17% for 10 years; 02 years exemption from taxable income and 50% reduction in the 4 following years.
• Import tax: Exemption from import tax on goods creating fixed assets; for raw materials, supplies and components of semi-finished products that cannot be produced at home, and are imported to serve production.
